He has experience with Dr Linda-Joy Lee’s ‘Connect Therapy’, DMA Pilates, advanced knowledge and skills in Maitland, Mckenzie, Mulligan and Kaltenborn techniques of mobilization. He believes that the body needs to be considered in a holistic manner and conditions need to be treated with future prevention in mind.
We endeavour to help you in three aspects:
Identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction. Sometimes pain or dysfunction can travel to other areas and hence the method used by Physiowise is to systematically assess all the surrounding and concerned areas.
Manage your condition. We use evidence based techniques to improve movement, strength, muscle length in functional planes and also equip you with a home exercise program to manage the condition.
Prevent injuries or future aggravations. Every tissue goes through different phases of healing. We target the remodelling phase with exercises that involve all the axes of movements to prepare the body for movement in any direction.
